Lemon Collagen Water 🍋

The quickest, easiest & fastest (although admittedly not the tastiest) way to take collagen and get a good Vit C boost….

Freshly squeezed juice of 1 whole lemon

Pour into a mug with some cold, filtered water up to 1/3rd full

Top up with warm (not boiling) filtered water from the kettle

Drop in your 2 flat tablespoons of collagen powder




Boom 💥
