Directions of Use

Usage 

Do not exceed 16 capsules in any one day. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice. 

TO REDUCE GAS OR BLOATING AFTER EATING: Activated Charcoal contributes to reducing excessive flatulence after eating. Take 4 capsules (one serving) at least 30 minutes before a meal and 4 capsules shortly after, with plenty of water. Take with up to 2 meals per day. 

FOR UPSET STOMACH, TRAVEL TUMMY, FOOD POISONING OR DIARRHOEA: Take a 4 capsules dose immediately and as required thereafter.

FOR TEETH WHITENING: Gently pull apart and mix the contents of one capsule into a small dish with some of your regular toothpaste. Brush teeth, tongue and inside the cheek as normal, rinsing well afterwards. Do this once per month. Do NOT do this any more frequently so as to avoid tooth enamel erosion. 

FOR FACE MASKS AND CLEANSING: Pull capsule apart and mix the contents of two capsules into other natural face mask ingredients (such as avocado, yoghurt, honey, banana, papaya etc.)

FOR INSECT STINGS: Gently pull capsule/s apart and create a paste with the powder and something that won’t melt fast due to body heat (set honey, mashed avocado, thick porridge, a cleansing cream, thick yoghurt). Apply the paste to the affected area and then re-apply a new application every 30 minutes until itching/sensation eases. The number of capsules will depend on the number of and size of stings - use your discretion.
