Gut Healing Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 nub of ginger
- 1 tablespoon milled linseed or chia seed
- 1 handful of kale or spinach (optional)
- 1 serving kefir
- 1 serving of Edible Health Collagen
- 150-300 ml milk of choice
Directions:
- Simply combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
- Add a portion of the milk and blend.
- Add more milk as needed to get the perfect consistency.
- Drink plain or top with nuts, seeds or more fruit.
Collagen Hydrating Water
Ingredients:
- 1 glass of water
- Desired amount of ice
- Juice from a citrus fruit: lemon, orange, lime, grapefruit
- 1 serving of Edible Health Collagen
- Desired “add-in”: ginger, herbs, chia seeds, etc.
Directions:
Use the above template to create your own unique, Hydrating Collagen Water by combining all of the ingredients in a glass and mix thoroughly. Or, try one of our varieties below.
Strawberry Lemon Hydrating Collagen Water
Mix together the juice of 1/2 a lemon, some grated ginger, one serving of collagen, water, ice + a crushed strawberry. Yum!
Orange Thyme Hydrating Collagen Water
Mix together the juice from one orange, one serving of collagen, water, ice + a sprig of fresh thyme. So refreshing!
